System Overview
The shell molding process, also known as the Croning process, is a well-established foundry process widely used for the production of dimensionally demanding castings. It is particularly suitable for applications such as crankshafts, camshafts and other precision cast components, offering good dimensional accuracy, surface quality and production consistency. Our shell molding production lines can be engineered and configured according to the casting, molding process, production capacity and automation requirements of each project.
The main technical parameters and system configuration are engineered according to the customer’s production requirements and project specifications.
