Z86 Series
Designed for complex cores with horizontal parting core boxes, this series features front and rear retractable core-pull mechanisms and is particularly suitable for thin-walled water-jacket cores used in engine cylinder heads. Pneumatic or hydraulic drive configurations are available, together with gas or electric core box heating. Digital temperature control and an HMI-based control system provide flexible process parameter adjustment, fault diagnostics and automatic production control for stable and efficient core production.

With more than 30 years of industrial application, this series is a proven core shooting machine designed for stable and efficient production. Pneumatic or hydraulic drive configurations are available according to production requirements. Electric heating is used for the core box, with temperature regulated by a digital temperature control system. A user-friendly HMI provides flexible process parameter adjustment, fault diagnostics and automatic production control for reliable and consistent core production.
